What is included in my kit?

Your personalized kit includes a custom pre-numbered canvas, a matching set of acrylic paints, paint brushes in multiple sizes, and a reference image to help guide you while painting.

What size is the painting?

Our current custom Paint by Numbers kit is approximately 40 × 50 cm (16 × 20 inches).

What kind of photo should I use?

For the best results, choose a clear, high-resolution photo with good lighting and a clearly visible main subject. Avoid blurry, very dark, heavily filtered images or photos containing many small and distant subjects. Original photos generally provide better results than screenshots.

Do I need painting experience?

No. Paint by Numbers is designed to be easy to follow, even if you have never painted before. Simply match each numbered area of the canvas with the corresponding paint color.

Do you offer free shipping to Germany?

Yes. Standard shipping to Germany is free.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery to Germany is 15–25 business days. Because this is a personalized product made specifically for each order, delivery times may vary depending on production and shipping conditions.

Can I return a personalized product?
