Return and Refund Policy

At LUNEBRIC, each personalized paint-by-numbers kit is created specifically for the customer using the photo provided when placing the order.

Personalized Products

Our custom paint-by-numbers kits are made to order according to the customer's individual specifications and uploaded photo.

Because these products are personalized, they may be excluded from the standard right of withdrawal applicable to non-personalized goods, where permitted by applicable consumer law.

This does not affect your statutory rights if your product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not in conformity with your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us at:

Please provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photos showing the issue

We will review your request and, where applicable, provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law. This may include replacement, repair, price reduction, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Order Cancellations

Because personalized products are prepared specifically for each customer, please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.

If production of your personalized product has not yet started, we may be able to cancel the order.

Once personalization or production has started, cancellation might no longer be possible where permitted by applicable law.

Returns

Please do not send a product back without contacting us first.

If a return is required because a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not in conformity with the order, we will provide return instructions and information about the appropriate return destination and applicable return costs.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method where possible.

Processing times after a refund has been issued may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any consumer rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.
