At LUNEBRIC, every personalized paint-by-numbers kit is made specifically for you after your order is placed.

Order Processing and Production

Because our products are personalized and made to order, your order requires production time before it can be shipped. Production times may vary depending on order volume and the complexity of the personalized product.

Shipping to Germany

We currently offer Free Standard Shipping to Germany.

Estimated delivery time: 15–25 business days.

The estimated delivery time includes the time required to prepare and ship your personalized order. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details after your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Address

Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@lunebric.com. Because personalized products enter production after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production or shipment has begun.

Customs and Import Charges

International shipments may be subject to taxes, duties, customs fees, or other charges depending on the destination and applicable laws. Any applicable charges and their treatment will be communicated during checkout where required.

Delayed or Missing Orders
